Warm Biscuit Bedding Co. upholds the warranties offered by the artists and manufacturers who craft our furnishings. Because the scope and duration of our manufacturers’ warranties vary, we encourage you to ask a Representative for specific warranty information on products of interest.
Shipping Information:
The Warm Biscuit Bedding Co. ships via UPS within the United States. Orders sent by Standard UPS Ground and should be delivered within 5-10 business days. Packages under 2 lbs. may be sent USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If a specific delivery date is required please Email or Call with your request and we will do our best to fulfill it.
Orders will be shipped without the need of a signature, and will be left at the door if no one is home. Please ship to a business/work address or specify in "Special Delivery Instructions" if a signature is required for delivery. The Warm Biscuit Bedding Co. is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. Our customer service office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm CST and closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays.
International Shipping (outside U.S.A.)
Warm Biscuit has partnered with a trusted third-party company, iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.
Order Status:
If you’d like to check the status of your order, we encourage you to refer to your order confirmation where you will find the lead time for the items you ordered. Please note that the lead times reflected are approximate, and are for the production time needed to complete your items. Shipping transit times add one week to your lead time depending on the item shipping method used and destination. Small items such as accessories and bedding are shipped via UPS and should be delivered to the specified shipping address within 5-10 days of the lead time noted. Delivery of furniture may require up to three weeks in transporting and delivering your items safely. You may also check your Order Status (pending) profile for updates on the status of your order. Once an item has been shipped, this information will be reflected in Order Status (pending).
